Merry Christmas - I hope you enjoyed your turkey and ham and especially your prime rib!
There was no ham... we opted for the prime rib and turkey. And the prime rib was WONDERFUL. :) The turkey was also very yummy - we stuffed it with rosemary, lemons and an orange. Of course, the big surprise of the day was that we had a "special needs" turkey with no legs or wings. I wasn't paying attention when I bought the bird and apparently I picked up a "turkey breast" rather than a "turkey". Small detail.
Such a familiar scene... and a few years ago, there would even have been a dog bone, too. The sad part is, three days later, it still looks eerily the same. I'm no domestic goddess, that's for sure!
